Refund Policy
Our return window is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care products
To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your return to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books showing clear signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
- Returns made more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you’ve done both and still haven’t received it, please reach out to us at support@bigboxdistro.com
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at support@bigboxdistro.com, and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. After we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then be informed of the return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
